Ask HN: Which book have you re-read recently?
tio00: One of the few books, that when I'm finished, I just want to turn it over a start again. Covers a wide range of important and relevant topics in technology, biology/genetics, ethics. My only problem is it is too short!
Ask HN: What are the best Sci-Fi books you've ever read?
dejawu: The first sentence is, "The moon blew up suddenly and without warning." Everything is near-future sci-fi and as grounded and accurate as possible. If you liked The Martian, this will scratch the same itch.
spapas82: A really great hard sci-fi. Very thought provoking ideas and excellent plot! Warning this is a heavy themed book.
Ask HN: Books you read in 2018?
gibspaulding: Typical Stephenson Sci-Fi. Very interesting take on an Armageddon type scenario
